Hi, I am trying to copy their Securemote users from firewall 4.1 SP3 into 4.1 SP3. I do fw dbexport which create the file user_def_file. Next I stop the second firewall and issue fw dbimport -f user_def_file and I get the error :
error in line 2: missing internal password I looked it up and it is probably caused because the group that the user belongs does not exist in the firewall, so I created that group. Still the same error. Help.
