Hi,

i don't think it's a good idea to install a 2.2.x kernel on an Athlon
server. I don't think the support is too good. I have installed a CPfw-1 on
a RedHat 7.0 with no problems att all and great prefomance. Currently
running SP5.

So my advice to you is to get a P3-1Ghz or something Intel Based anyway...

My hardware configuration:

ASUS CUSL2-C
1xIntel P3-1Ghz
2xIntel Dual-Port Server Adapter (100Mb nic)
256MB CAS2 RAM

best regards.
