Strangely, I am pretty sure I've seen FW-1 remember addresses after
I've removed these files.
They are still in the HOST_TAB, I guess.

Not with the license count itself, I would think.
However, "fw lichosts" did not work on my FW, until I enabled
DNS-lookups from it.
