I have, for some unknown and bizarre reason, lost the Visual Policy
Editor on my CheckPoint FireWall-1 NG system. I had it before, but
looking at the Policy Editor today, the button for VPE has disappeared,
and when I go into the Global Properties window, the checkbox for Enable
the Visual Policy Editor is greyed out and cannot be checked.

I'm running the FireWall management system on a Sun Ultra Enterprise 250
server, running the patched Solaris 8 (64 bit) OS. CheckPoint NG is
version 3.0 with Feature Pack 1 installed.

I've recently installed the CheckPoint HA Module and configured a
Gateway Cluster.

Any ideas? Anyone from CheckPoint have a clue?

Thanks,
Layne Meier
