No. FireWall-1/VPN-1 licenses for version 4.1 (CheckPoint 2000) will not work with a FireWall-1/VPN-1 NG Install.
FireWall-1/VPN-1 NG licenses will not work on a FireWall-1/VPN-1 version 4.1 (CheckPoint 2000) install either.
