Hi

I have a problem which may not be completely Checkpoint, and is confusing
me.

I am trying to set up SecuRemote clients using ISPs to the Company's site.
I am using lmhosts rather than wins server via the DUN set-up.

The problem I have is that the lmhosts file seems to only be recognised and
read when it is named LMhosts, ie with capital LM. Otherwise it is ignored.
This is on Windows 95 machines, which I always take to use case-insensitive
filenames.

If I use all lower case, issuing nbtstat commands straight after a reboot
return nothing. If I use capitals, nbtstat shows everything I expect,
including correct PDC and domain info.

In the former case, obviously my vpn connection doesn't work properly.

Am I missing something, or just going mad?
