I just installed a Netscreen 25 for a remote office (head office runs FW-1 NG). Works like a breeze. The only catch was that NG apparently by default assumes the vpn appliance sits behind a NAT box (couldn't turn that off) so you'll have to turn that on the Netscreen also. Haven't done much testing yet but it seems to work just like it should.
