CDE uses ttdb which is an RPC service. Without it, CDE can not run.

If you disabled S99dtlogin, CDE will not start and you will be left with
the command line.

Considering the security problems inherent in so many RPC services
(especially ttdb) disabling the GUI is probably a good idea anyway.
