Greetings,

We have an established VPN with another checkpoint site that is proposing to replace
their endpoint with a cluster (Solaris, SP5). They claim that we must put the
physical external IP addresses of the two individual machines that make up the cluster
in the interface tab of the firewall object on our side.

The cluster IP address will be the same as the old address of the single machine, and
all of the shared keys, config, etc., will be the same. This being the case I don't
see that ANY changes should occur on our side. Is there a real reason to have the
physical addresses of the component machines anywhere in my configuration?

TIA,
