   The way I have done this in two occasions is to start a new installation
 from scratch and use a CP knowledgebase article to migrate my old 4.1
 configuration, that worked fine each time. The article is skI3948, and is
 called "how to manually merge objects and rules from VPN-1/Firewall-1 4.x
 management with VPN-1/Firewall-1 NG FP1 management"
