I have two users who cannot install SR build 4199 on their Win2K systems. The error they get is something like "Setup has found that Firewall-1 is installed on this computer. Please uninstall it and try again."
They have run the uninstall program, cleaned up the registry as much as possible, but still get the same message. Is there an obscure registry entry that has been missed? Any suggestions for what to try next?
