try loading W2K SP-2 and Office SR-1.  We had the same issue, and this smoothed it out.

Hello all here is the issue

 

I am using w2k pro with outlook 2000 and it seems that from time to time the outlook2000 doesn't send email, they are getting stuck in the outbox, doesn't matter what size they are, I was trying already 3 versions of securemote the same thing

 

any idea, I don't see any problem in the firewall logs!
