Copy it to a file dontrun2.reg and run it
U can put a batch file on the user desktop with the command
net start SR_WatchDog and this will start the securemote when they need
to use it

you have to remove: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and then fwenc.exe
