FYI - I have conclusively determined that the "QoS Packet Scheduler" service
available on both Windows XP Home & Windows XP Professional will break SR-4199.

For proper operation of SR-4199 (SecuRemote or SecureClient), "QoS Packet
Scheduler"
must be uninstalled from all network adapters. This can be done either
before or after
the installation of SecuRemote/SecureClient. Check the "Properties" of each
network
adapter by invoking "Network Connections" selection within "Control Panel"
to determine
if the "QoS Packet Scheduler" service is installed.
