just
wondering if anyone succeeded in setting up a vpn between NG and 4.1 SP4? I have
tried and failed but I need to do more research so I'm just checking to see
if I need anything special (like the latest service pack for 4.1) to get this to
work.
As of
now, I've identified 2 issues, first, on the 4.1 firewall, you can only select
3.x, 4.0 or 4.1 as the type of firewall installed on the other gateway (so I set
it to 4.1 for now). Second, when the key exchange happens, the 4.1 FW goes and
communicates with the CA but the NG FW does not. The rules are there to allow it
to connect to the CA no connection originates from the FW to
anywhere!
Can
anyone steer me in the right direction?
