Netware 4.x Servers can only accept "Netware" connections over IPX. The IP
Protocol can be bound to the server and some services are accessible however
the Netware Core Protocol (NCP) connections still require IPX. Starting with
NetWare 5.0 the NCP protocol was able to work over a purely IP connection. (TCP
Port 524).
