I had the same issue, and I had to delete and recreate a new internal CA to get rid of this.
Consider that the SR vpn clients will have to re-update their site after this.
NG doesn't seem to handle correctly the "migration" of the 4.1 internal ca...
I had to manually remove the old one from the objects C file, otherwise it was impossible to recreate a new one through policy editor.
