Paul,
since it is an IP440 you should only have to put the card in and restart the
machine.
Then use network voyager, *the* Nokia config tool, and you already should
see the new interfaces, but still not active. Configure like u need them and
change state to up. All this is done via the graphically browser interface
and should be self-explanatory.
The backup before is also easy: In Voyager go to backup --> Backup and
restore and select whatever u like to be backed up.
When the new card is in, configured, linked and up, go to the mgmt GUI of
Fw-1 and do a get on the interfaces. Beware, if u have anti-spoof options
configured, they are lost after this and have to be set up again.
