An remote office on an internal wan links to one of the segments off of the firewall here. Every rule has log track set to "Long". When our FW-1 4.1 service is stopped, they can access a server on the segment. When it is on, they cannot. There are no entries of this exchange in the log. all traces show that the packets are dropped at the firewall. Any troubleshooting suggestions are greatly appreciated.
