Hello,

   What are you trying ftp and telnet to the Nokia ? or from the Nokia ?
  If it is to the Nokia, check in Voyager, in the Security and Access
  configuration you have the Network Access and Services where you can
  Enable or Disable the FTP - TELNET - TFTP .... access. If it is enabled
  maybe your security policy doesn't allow access, what if you unload
  it ?

I am converting from solaris to Nokia IPSO and notice that the ftp and telnet logins
