[FW-1] VPN Problem

I'm trying to setup a simple VPN remote access in NG FP2 installed on Linux. When a client computer connects to the internet and enters the password he successfully authenticated by the firewall and can ping the firewall internal IP ,but the problem is that he cant reach any other PCs on the internal network.   Any ideas ?   Thanks for your help.
