Hi, I have FW-1 v4.1 SP6 working with Ace Server v5.0.1 and SecureClient v4.1 SP5. When the token is New Pin Mode, then the Security Policy can be downloaded and installed once the new PIN is defined.
However, if the PC is rebooted and a connection is re-established, the connection fails with a message and says Access Denied by SecurID for user. The activity log on the Ace server shows the sucessful authentication and then the subsequent failure. However if a password is set for the user then the authentication sucessfully takes place even after a reboot. Any suggestions as to the cause of the problem are most welcome.
