Compaq bundles in a free copy of Rainwall that will run in HA mode (*not*
load balancing - that costs extra)

The OS has been hardened; I can't really compare it to IPSO as I've only
played with IPSO briefly.  I'd ask Compaq that question directly.

Not enough to comment substantially.  The Compaq solution seems more "open"
than the Nokia in that you can use standard PC peripherals (NICs, etc.) as
well as add software onto the OS (since it's Linux based.)  I found the IPSO
somewhat stripped of tools.
