Yes, this is a not-uncommon spam site configuration, mediaone.com greatlover.com Are two more. Celebrity.com used to, but it looks like that domain recently changed. (But the most annoying spammer trick I've seen lately is spoofing @ibm.com addresses, a domain that does not accept mail, but many people will, incorrectly, think it is unsafe to block.)
