maybe this will help. install the hotfix if you haven't. make sure the firewall is defined in the general tab on the firewall by its external ip. make sure both machines are defined in each other's hosts file. define all the interfaces for the firewall in the ace server's definition be sure to clear out the user's token and passcode on the ace server just prior to testing it. do a resync on that user's token.
