Hi all,

I am using a Checkpoint NG FP2 on Nokia IP330 and IPSO 3.5-FCS7. One Nokia
interface is external and the other two interfaces are used for two internal
subnets. I am using the Checkpoint Nokia box for routing between the
internal subnets.

When Solaris 8 hosts connecting via telnet between hosts on the two internal
subnets, they often loose connectivity after some time of inactivity. Is
there a time-out parameter on the Checkpoint firewall? If so, how do I
adjust it so that connections will not be dropped?

Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
Alex Lien
