I have a question regarding SecurePlatform and passwords. We have
SecurePlatform running NG FP2 and a management station running Windows 2000.
This weekend I upgraded the management station to NG FP3, which went fine.
But during the process of the upgrade, I discovered I had lost the password
to log into the SecurePlatform. I do have the UID and password for the
management station, so I am still able to manage the firewall.

My question: is there a password recovery procedure? Or will I need to
re-install the SecurePlatform? The docs talk about the SmartUpdate, but I am
unable to add the new product, so I probably do not have a license to
SmartUpdate.
