Title: Windows XP SP1 Issues after NG FP2 (52097 Install)

After installing NG FP2 Build 52097, clients fall out of scope of management and log the following entries in the eventvwr.  This includes a long pause (60 seconds or so) once the user hits CTRL-ALT-DEL.  Also, any startup scripts assigned (hence any Group Policy settings) do not run or apply.

Bascially, the Firewall Service is binding to the NICs and preventing domain communication and validation from happening.  Once the logon screen comes up, users logon to the domain and everything functions as if no problems.  I tried making the services dependant on the Network Location Awareness (NLA) service, but it doesn’t help.

Could not execute the following script \\xyz.com\SysVol\xyz.com\scripts\Numlock.bat. No network provider accepted the given network path.

Anyone seen this?  All my Domain computers can not use the VPN, this was fine on Windows 2000, and XP during testing, post-migration all XP machines do this?
