Title: RE: [FW-1] Mac VPN client Question

You are correct.  The Mac client is just a basic IPsec client and doesn't have any of the functionality of SecuRemote or SecureClient.

Of course, CheckPoint says they plan on a Mac client, but they haven't updated the current one in a very long time.

Maybe since Mac OS X has IPsec built-in someone can convince them to change their mind a little?

Subject: [FW-1] Mac VPN client Question

I downloaded and read the release notes for the Mac VPN client. I  assumed
that this would be software  that is eqivalent to Secure Client and would  have
the functionality  to lock down the Mac workstation with a policy from the
firewall just like Secure Client can. After reading the release notes it  looks
like that is NOT  possible .  Am I right or did I miss something?
