Hi All I have encountered with the following log message generated from one of the NIC of our CP-FW-1-NGFP2 box (running W2K-SP2)
Interface: Netgear Fast-Ethernet card FA311 Origin: Internal Firewall Service: dhcp-req-localmodule Destination: 255.255.255.255 S-Port: dhcp-rep-localmodule There are two NICs in this Firewall box, one is 3COM, and the other as mentioned above is Netgear. They all have static addresses allocated. I have also turned off the DHCP & DNS services. But this message keeps appearing. Could anyone tell me how to eliminate this type of action?
