Problem
---------
We are using "Checkpoint NG FP2 + Interscan Viruswall for Solaris"
We are not able to receive mails from selected domains (very few), whereas
when we remove CVP for inbound mail then we are able to receive mails from
all these domains.
But at the same time we are able to send the mails to these domains using
CVP for outboud mail.
The same has been informed to "Checkpoint" also, they say some problem
with the Trend Micro product, and we got the information that similar
problems they are facing with some other customers also.
The same has been escalated to "TrendMicro" also, but we haven't got any
solution on this.
Let me know if any of you have faced this and got a fix.
We are using:
InterScan VirusWall 3.6 for Solaris
Version Information :
Scan Engine: 6.150-1001
Pattern Number: 410
