Tim, The only parameter, having a value of 62 seconds, that comes to my mind is the "Excessive log grace period" of the logging mechanism, could you try changing this value and check again if it is related?
This parameter gets set in the Global Properties -> Log and Alert screen ... We have recently started to have a problem in which every 62 seconds, we lost network connectivity for a few seconds, then regain it. We do a continuous ping to machines outside of our LAN (WAN segments, DMZ, etc.) and we get 4-8 dropped packets every 62 seconds, then the pings pick back up. Having a lot of trouble tracking this one down - does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this and how to solve it?
