hi, I think like Reinahard! Your network card is maybe down. Execute ifconfig -a or ipconfig /all for windows plateforms. If there is no network interface whom have "qe" name that means your network card is down. Then you must to change it and set ip parameters! Do not change the interface name in your firewall object that causes somes problems.
