If you're using 3Com 3CRSHPW696, then you're probably out of luck. Have tested this card without success on 4.1 and NG FP2. Seems that Checkpoint does not support the used (which I couldn't remember) WLAN Chip. However, using Compaq WL110 or Netgear Card works perfectly. I've ordering a D-Link 650+ PCMCIA Card to test it this works.

I don't have any problems getting an IP address if I uncheck the Checkpoint (FW bindings) protocol support for the 3com officeconnect card, but as soon as I enable Checkpoint protocol support on the NIC it fails to obtain an IP address from my Nokia IP55 DSL/router?, always displaying the Microsoft default Autoconfiguration IP address of 169.blah.blah.blah, any ideas?. Help much appreciated!, Thanks, Phong Sam John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] ================================================= ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] =================================================
