The lack of support from CP can be a valid reason to upgrade although if you have a 
very basic static setup, and you are pretty self-supporting when it comes to 
troubleshooting, it might be a valid reason to stick with 4.1. 
A more justifiable reason might be the fact that new releases contain fixes for 
security holes, which is pretty essential for a FW *not* to have.. ;-))

        Can anybody give a good reason ot the advantage upgrading to NG? I am running 
4.1 w/ latest patch and everything is working fine, and we don't use the VPN feature 
since we use other VPN device.
