The files with .W are a rulebase and would be located under /opt/FireWall-1-strong.v4.1.SP-5/conf for fw1 4.1 on Nokia. Don't forget to backup the objects too. I tar the entire directory. I hope that helps. Check out this backup script from http://www.tla.ch/TLA/FW/FW1FAQ.html#Nokia
