Under security policy/policy properties/authentication/
set this to "LOG"

Either on your templates or individual users do this:
security policy/manage users/"edit the user"/encryption/

Set the user to individually "LOG"

Also, make sure your securemote rule has a LOG LONG....

This should work for you.

Subject: [FW1] Securemote Authentication failures and access drops not
logged

I am using Securemote for a VPN connection. When the authentication fails,
it does not appear in the fiewall log file. When the user is authenticated,
he can only get to the expected sites per the assigned restrictions, but
failed attempts are not logged. Has anyone had any experience in this??
