is it just me or does this amaze anyone else.
A product like FW1 that doesnt allow for attachment stripping by
extension name is that unbelievable or what ?
I suspect there's some not treading on people's toes going on what with
Content and Esafe and others all being opsec members...
Does anyone have any pulling power with Checkpoint to get them to include
this in a service pack or something ? All it's got to do is essentially
the same as it does now except read the bit of the email that has the
filename...I' mean christ if I had the time I'd write something myself,
it just strikes me as a huge oversight by checkpoint.
From the responses I've got it would seem that the mime/type stripping
is fit for the product it was written for if it's dependant on a user
having a local client up to date !!!!
