There are a lot of people who have the same complaint as you if you look at
the Norton Support page. What's in common is that everyone seems to be
running Version 1.5. I'm using 1.4 and it seems to work just
fine. Symantec says they're looking into the problem but they have not
been able to duplicate it in house.
