What you received is the media. The eval is no different than the full blown
product except the license string will only allow the box to run for 30
days.

You need to upgrade your old 4.0 license string to the new VPN-1 4.1/2000
license string. I would advise you do this before you install the new
version.

If you feel brave you could upgrade and install with the eval version using
the eval license string and pray to god that CheckPoint gets back to you
with the new upgrade license string before the eval expires.
