I've had varying degrees of success with WINE and the Windows GUI on Linux.
There's some features that just doesn't work right, though, and the button
toolbar (and the menus) don't show, but you can edit whatever rulebase
shows up.
Of course, you could always run the GUI under vmware. :-)
