Hi Mike,

First you need PERL (for NT: see http://www.activestate.com/ActivePerl/ ) 
Then you have to download from phoneboy:

fwrules42.zip and  fwrules50.zip in the download area (you need
fwrules42.zip only for the embedded icons)

and start fwrules50
