Here is mine setup
Create an HTTP-resource with this in the Match section.
Host : *:*
Path : *.{mp3,avi,mpg,mpeg,mov}
Query : *

Now use this resource to block all http traffic. 
You need to create a new rule, that you put before your HTTP-accept rule.
ANY ANY HTTP-TRAFFIC-BLOCK  REJECT
