Actually I believe his situation was that he needed to open ports through
other company's firewalls at their locations to get to his SecuRemote
server.
If you are using IKE, which you probaly are, look at the services IKE, AH,
and ESP on your FW-1 firewall and have the firewalls at the other end open
those settings.
