Well, Netbios over Tcp/Ip with Securemote works fine in encapsulated FWZ or
in IKE. Your network can definitely be nated. That is not a problem at all.

did you recently install NAT on your FW-1?
We ran into similar problems because of the fact that FW-1 only
translates the IP header and NOT the NETBIOS header so the connection
between Exchange and the client (using a cached account) did work
But no connection to the PDC was possible because of the WINS-server
resolving to not-NATted IPs...
