You will also need the Enterprise versions of FW. Single Gateways dont work well
in maintaining a HA version of state tables & encyrption info sharing between 2
Nokia boxes.

Yes.   2 Nokias with the proper VRRP and BGP4 (since you don't want any other
external routers), will do what you
want.
