You have to make sure the GUI you are using matches the EXACT version
you are using on the firewall. 
IE, if you have 4.1 sp1 on the management server, you MUST use the same
version on the GUI client. 

Also- if you happen to be running version FW-1 SP5 on the management
server, you MUST patch you GUI client with the same rev (ie run SP5 on
the remote GUI client)

Running the Checkpoint 2000 policy editor.. trying to upload to a 4.1
firewall... it only gives you the option to choose 4.0 as the version of
