FireWall-1 can just "accept" RIP. It does not generate RIP on it's own,
which is what you need to pass RIP traffic. You need a routing daemon
on the box to handle RIP. Solaris comes with routed, which should work
for this purpose. NT comes with something similiar, but you really want
Routing and RAS on NT since it has a better routing daemon. Nokia's
come with RIP and OSPF "out of the box" and can simply be enabled
and configured via Voyager.
