And if you have ordered this support level the first response is quite fast but after 
that you have also to wait 24h for the next responses. It took me at least 2 weeks to 
make them understand where the problem really is and get it escalated. So as far as I 
see, there is no reason to spend so much money the next year. If I knew that before, I 
would'nt order that....
