Ms. Allen,
Are these the ones you created? For me(fw-1 v4.1), I
click Remove in User window.
I noticed that the 'Default' does not light-up Remove. In
this case I _carefully_ edit $FWDIR/conf/fwauth.NDB,
then reload GUI.
In fact they all can be edited manually.
I would find out why you can't delete them 'normally'
first. If you have support and still have troubles, persue
support first before attempting above.
